Almirall Promotional Compliance Project Manager CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Training: · Gather documentation from different sources and create Training Support · Work with the Local Compliance Officers to follow up on global mandatory training completion, as well as keeping an oversight on local training initiatives. · Document and store training documentation (assignment profiles, follow up reports, etc.), and use it when working with internal audit in their annual exercises Communication & Awareness · Contact third parties when needed to develop materials for a communication initiative · Work with the Internal Communication team to roll out relevant business communications. Work with external comms to roll out communications when needed · Manage and maintain the Global internal Repository for the Legal & Compliance department: coordinate any modifications to the repository (content, configuration, etc.). Work with the legal & compliance team to achieve this, as well as other departments when needed: IT, internal communications, etc University degree or equivalent Minimum 2-3 yearsexperience in Project Management Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Rx or OTC), Healthcare or Medical Devices.
