Our current project involves the complete overhaul of an established application from a prominent health insurance company, resulting in the creation of two fully native apps (Android and iOS). These apps will be developed concurrently by two dedicated teams. The primary goal of transitioning to native apps is to improve the existing user experience, while also incorporating additional features for enhanced functionality.
How will you contribute to Nuvolar's Mobile team? You will pursue our mission by performing the following contributions:
Develop applications according to specifications.Release beta versions of the app to internal testers.Provide proper feedback on code reviews.Help assign appropriate tasks to associate members of the team.Help new members become part of the team.Perform spikes assigned by senior members of the team.Assist more senior members with technical interviews of candidates as needed.Mentor associate members of the team.Now, what will make you succeed with us? 2nd step: Technical test If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.
3rd step: Technical Interview with the team After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
