The purpose of this program is to provide the Partial Care Service leadership and other clinical services to the adults served through agreements with local and state agencies, private practitioners, and grants. Your role is to provide clinical direction and oversight of adult Partial Care program elements through knowledge of the bio-psycho-social paradigm.What You'll Do:Direct the supervisory staff in the planning, development, and daily operations of the adult ACT Partial Care ProgramParticipate in budget and financial management of the program elementsProvides clinical direction and monitors the training/professional growth of staff, students/interns/volunteersOversees all treatment team conferencesDirects the ACT Supervisor in the recruitment, screening, hiring, orientation, evaluation and training of program staffProvides crisis intervention and follow-up treatment as necessaryMay be on-call 24/7Participates as a member in a variety of committees & boards throughout the Mental Health Child, Adolescent & Adult communityTakes lead responsibility in meeting and/or exceeding all State Licensure requirements for the ACT Partial Care ServiceProvides consultative services to Human Services Division staff and to other community agencies in the field regarding Serious and Persistent Mental Impairment (SPMI) adult issues and services to our client populationMaintains established division policies & procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standardsGuards the confidentiality of client information from both outside persons and Archway Programs employees whom do not require this information to perform their job functionsProvide culturally sensitive services that are based on knowledge of cultural diversity to Accomplish quality client careCustomer Service: respect, flexibility, knowledge, confidence, professionalism, pleasant attitude, patience, and helpfulness
