Architect / Bim Modeller - Málaga

EmailLHH RS Malaga is looking for anArchitect with experience in large scale projects and knowledge of Revit software.Our client is an international architectural firm with offices in thecentre of Malaga.Functions:- Preparation and development of the documentation corresponding to each project (plans and graphic documentation, reports, measurements) using Revit, according to the standards and project schedule.- Coordination of the project with other disciplines involved (Structures, Installations, Civil works, etc.).- Production of sketches/conceptual designs for projects, including production of presentation material, under the direction of senior staff.- Ensuring that the entire project meets standards and is buildable.- Contributing to the development of architectural standards and solutions.- Contributing to the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.- Compliance with the company's Quality Assurance System and assisting in the review of standards and procedures to promote continuous improvement in the service provided to the company's clients.- Liaising with Project Manager / Contractor / Project Manager.- Carrying out site visits to provide technical and construction support.Requirements:- Technical Architect / Senior Architect / Building Engineer.-At least 3 years experience in large scale projects.-Solid knowledge of Revit software is essential(will be checked at interview), and experience on site will be an asset.- Experience in the design of high-tech, process oriented or industrial buildings.-High English REQUIRED (minimum C1).Personal Skills:- Ability to solve complex problems.- Creative thinker.- Highly customer oriented.- Good organisation and management of time and resources.Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Strong attention to detail and visual skills.- Ability to work in a team environment with demanding schedules and deadlines.Attractive salary in line with experience.Nivel de antigüedadIntermedioDynamics 365 - FO Architect - EY GDS Spain- HybridINGENIERO/A ESPECIALIZADO EN FONTANERÍA, SANEAMIENTO Y PCI#J-18808-Ljbffr
