Job Purpose :We are looking for LSCM Regional Business Controller North Region reporting directly to the Head of LSCM North Region and dotted line to the EMEA LSCM Finance Lead.This is a regional role, based in Warwick.- You will have a 360-degree responsibility of the business controlling activities for all the Logistics Distribution Centers located in Bridgestone North Region.- You will act as Business Partner of the Head of LSCM North Region ensuring the adequate quantitative instruments, KPIs, cost variance analysis are timely made available to support his sound business decisions making.- You will be part of an EMEA LSCM Business Controlling functional team with a structured monthly routines and standardized reporting tools,you will be an active participant in utilizing and enhancing the Logistics and Supply Chain business controlling methodologies.- You will be acting as contact point for the NOR Business Head of Finance in order to ensure that the drivers of Freight & Distribution Costs impacting the regional P&L; are properly explained and communicated.Responsibilities :- Preparation of the month end reporting package to track warehousing and logistics costs for the North Region, coordination of the centralized Accounting Department in order to ensure the monthly and yearly closing process deadlines are fulfilled.- CAPEX : facilitate the Logistics CAPEX HQ driven process ensuring alignment with financial reporting for tangible assets / intangible assets / ROU.Ensure Authority Schedule and CAPEX policy are applied in full.- Leadership role in the elaboration of the yearly budget and quarterly financial forecast of the NOR region distribution centers and distribution.- Anticipation and suggestions to the business partner of resolutions of operating issues that are impacting the financial results.- Responsible of the financial analysis of the key investment decisions initiated by Head of LSCM North Region.- Ensure compliance with all the relevant Bridgestone EMEA internal control and finance policies, support the EMEA LSCM Finance Lead and the Region Regional Finance Director in the internal and external audits engagements.- Support the Head of LSCM North Region with the preparation of Business Cases / Approval Forms.- Support Regional Project Leads in the preparation and update at least on a monthly basis of the regional LSCM PDCA Project Cards.Ensure consistency between project reporting and financial results for all scenarios.Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in Logistics business controlling roles in multinational and industrial companies.- Previous experience in Freight cost controlling and cost forecasting with clear understanding of logistic flows as driver of the overall cost metrics.- Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP FI-CO modules, previous experience with SAP Business Intelligence Tools.- Extraordinary analytical and problem solving skills, willingness to take on related additional tasks and expand upon current responsibilities with minimal direction.- Capability to work on details but with the clear understanding of the concept of materiality, advanced presentation skills with the requirement to adjust the communication style and level of detail depending on the audience.- Ability to work in an international environment team with the availability to travel abroad (approximately 4 times per year).- Track record of leading improvement projects in a lean and continuous-improvement environment.- Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines, under certain level of stress, self-motivated and flexibility to work afterhours as necessary, ability to successfully manage ambiguity and deliver on assignments with minimal supervision.- Languages skills : fluent English (both oral and written) is a mandatory requirement.Hace 7 horasEscribe tu dirección de correo electrónico, te permitirá de estar al tanto de los últimos empleos por:(as527) lscm regional business controllerEscribe tu dirección de correo electrónico, te permitirá de estar al tanto de los últimos empleos por:(as527) lscm regional business controller#J-18808-Ljbffr
