.Job OverviewProvide support and guidance to the team members of the HR team in their day-to-day operational roles. Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of HR programs in an assigned geography or business line. As HR Business Partner at Assoc Director level provide expertise, support and advice to assigned management teams either locally, regionally, globally or by function.Essential FunctionsDevelop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.G., HRPSC, Finance PSC.Lead implementation of projects and process improvement activities related to employment legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.Lead implementation of projects and process improvement activities for the day-to-day development of redesign and new local and global HR initiatives.Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling.Act as Business Partner to assigned business areas and ensure that HR delivery adds value to the business.Provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.- Coordinate the ER in the Center - Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects related to people management, absenteeism, workforce planning, talent development and management, etc.- Manage budget and expenses within assigned budget allocations. Coordinate HR providers costs (PO...) for the business / region assigned.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Req + specialty according to the position (HR, legal compliance...)- 5 years of experience coordinating a team within the HR function in a complex organization. Several years of leadership experience10 years + of experience within an HR function as generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience including experience operating with senior/executive management teams Req and team coordinationSound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislationValuable: knowledge of pharmaceutical sector and other related business industriesExcellent leadership skills within a team environmentExcellent problem-solving with sound judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent presentation skills- Up-to-date knowledge of human resources practices, employee regulations, labor laws and HR Systems (WD preferred). Familiarity with works council dynamics. Good skills at conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication
