If so, read on!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Junior Product Designer with a passion for digital products and a strong desire to collaborate with a team full of energy.Basic understanding of Product development lifecycle.Minimum demonstrated experience in UX/UI design role and/or research based on the understanding of design principles and user-centric culture.Desirable located in Barcelona and with Catalan language.• Collaborates in the Research phase on user personas to understand their context and identify real problems to solve.• Supports the facilitator in Co-creation Workshops.• Assists in developing the solution and presentations for decision-making.• Supports in defining User Experience (UX-UI). Grounds the experience by defining product interaction through WF, mockups, designs, and prototypes.• Assists in conducting tests and trials with users to measure design effectiveness.• Conducts testing with the developed product to validate visual, functionality, interaction, and responsiveness.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseDesign career.
