Purpose The Global Portfolio Strategy and Development (PS&D) team, led by our Chief Development Officer, is made up of Business Development, M&A, Decision Evaluation, Strategy & Market Intelligence, and Ventures & Innovation. Our primary purpose is to create long-term value by strengthening BHP's portfolio of assets and investment opportunities. The Business Development team is responsible for growing BHP's exposure to highly attractive commodities through the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of targeted growth options and M&A transactions on a global scale. About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and global-minded individual with the tenacity, imagination, and drive to deliver strategic growth to BHP's portfolio.
