Role Purpose: This is a critical role supporting the Conferences Exhibitor Sales teams (Global Exhibitor Sales and Evanta) with their mission critical priorities, accelerated revenue growth, productivity improvements and organizational expansion.
This role will be a part of the Exhibitor Performance and Planning team and will be responsible for analytical and reporting activities, documenting processes, and providing data support for strategic decision making. This role will report to the Director of Exhibitor Planning and Performance.
Responsibilities: Support annual revenue budgets, monthly forecast processes, and territory planning
Prepare executive-level analytics and presentation materials for leadership team
Assist in validating data in the monthly commission report to ensure accuracy in commission payments and exhibitor reporting
Support monthly reporting (stacks, Client Connect forecast, productivity, GLE, etc.)
Build analytical models to support short- and long-term planning
Validate large operational data sets to develop KPIs, analytical dashboards to improve decision making that drives business performance
Collaborate with various teams within Conferences business unit on cross-functional projects
Assist with revenue and budget reporting needs
Address ad-hoc operational data requests
Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree is a plus, in an Analytics, FP&A, Sales, Strategy or Business Operations field
2+ years of business experience
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Proficiency in Power Automate and/or Alteryx is a plus

Willingness to travel locally to Conferences
