Join us now and give your career a home.Join our Customer Service team in Zaragoza and you will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success.Your responsabilities:Provide support and guidance to country key users in regards to the usage of corporate Service Management solutions.Answer how-to questions and help countries to deal with their operational needs through the corporate systems.Understand country ´s new requirements and analyse how they can be implemented efficiently.Collaborate with teammates, subject matter experts and IT in order to define and implement the right solution in each case.Take accountability of being the country contact person in all what concerns to Service Management Solutions.Build a trustful relationship with country key users that allows outstanding results.Work independently on a variety of tasks in an international team and agile organization.Your profileDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar qualification.At least 3 years of experience on Customer Service processes and relevant IT solutions.Ability to learn business and technical topics and apply them in a demanding work environment.Ability to communicate efficiently at different levels and topics.Great people skills and a desire to work in a multicultural and team-oriented environment.Flexible and proactive mind-set, as well as analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Ideally experience on SAP CRM Solutions.Exceptional fluent English, speaking and written.Flexible working time schemes and possibility of home office (50%).Discounts in BSH homeappliances and other benefits.Free access to our online learning platform, including languages.Subsidised food.#J-18808-Ljbffr
