The purpose of the internship is to assist the project leader during the project by:Identifying process changes in relation with system implementationReview laboratory testing offer so that it fits with the new organizationPrepare data to migrate from the current systems to the new ones.Prepare change management within businessThe internship is based in Murcia - Spain but the mission will lead the trainee to actively collaborate with colleagues from different locations in Europe and possibly travel over there. Ultimately the purpose of the internship is to implement, in relation with local staff and management, a new organization that will increase lab efficiency in a sustainable manner.Profile:You are studying in one of the top high-schoolYou have good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment.You are at ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologiesYou are rigorous and self-organized.You are capable to work closely with others (in dependency with local Business Analyst and/or Lean Manager).Skills:Competence in process re-engineering.
