Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Business Development Analyst, you will work in the overall strategy & coporate development of PagoNxt Merchant Solutions. This will require working with all Getnet franchise to define the strategy, detect and enable new business opportunities across markets, identify regional/global partnerships and analyze and execute M&A transactions.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Support in the identification & analysis of M&A opportunities to complete our value proposition, accelerate our implementation roadmap or extend to other geographies. Support in the analysis and negotiation with partners/acquisitions. Contribute in the expansion the Getnet Franchise beyond Santander channels through regional/global agreements with ISVs, PSPs, ISOs, resellers.- Identifification of partners in local Getnet to extend geographical scope.- Set global framework for general services, SLA, etc.- Coordination with local Getnet for commercial conditions.- Assist in PagoNxt/Getnet business strategy analysis and definition and in the elaboration of presentation for different stakeholders (internal & external).EXPERIENCE- 3-5 years in Business Development/ Strategy in Payments, Strategic Consultancy, Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity or M&A firm.- High level of English and Spanish.- Desirable: Payments & Banking background.EDUCATION- University degree in Business Administration, EngineeringOTHER INFORMATION- Available to travel- If you want to know more about us, follow us on_WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREXPERIENCEEDUCATIONCOMPETENCIES
