About the roleEncouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a wholeThese teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary

Someone who'll enjoy being single-mindedly focused on closing new deals which bring new outstanding features at the best value to our customers ?

What you'll be doingLeading strategic deal-making effort to improve Revolut's global and regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenuePitching and closing partnership deals bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customersIdentifying, negotiating and closing awesome Perks for Revolut products offeringLeading the relationship management effort with our current partnersWhat you'll needA proven track record for driving B2B2C / D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territoryExperience working in high-growth companies in partnerships/ business development teamsDemonstrated ability to construct, analyse, deliver new business lines and productsDemonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances)Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skillsExcellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
