Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign Coordinator to join our team in Marbella. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our marketing efforts, focusing primarily on CRM (Customer Relationship Management).Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CRM team to create and execute CRM campaigns for our casino and sportsbook brands, including email marketing, SMS, customer segmentation, bonus setups, and personalized communication.Create engaging content related to casinos, slots, and sports for newsletters and on-site materials.Assist in maintaining and organizing customer data with accuracy and completeness.Ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives by collaborating with the team.Perform general administrative tasks as required.Requirements:Prior experience in CRM management within the gaming industry is beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and grow in this area is essential.Experience with Customer.io CRM tool is a plus but not mandatory.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software is required.Join us and contribute to our marketing success in an exciting and dynamic environment.
