Cameco Fuel Manufacturing is seeking a temporary Jr HR Services Administrator to support our Cobourg and Port Hope facilities. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent. The temporary term is expected to be for approximately 14 months.
Position and Responsibilities In this role you will: Initiate or approve a variety of HR related employee life cycle events in our Success Factors EC system. Perform a wide range of human resource tasks in support of Total Rewards and Payroll processes. Prepare and distribute employment-related communications. Ensure that deadlines are met with accuracy. Maintain and audit system data. Action various reporting requests and other administrative assignments. Maintain and create electronic forms using Microsoft Sharepoint Provide customer service to employees relating to a wide range of inquiries Communicate with supervisors and employees as required to explain site policies and procedures Education and Qualifications Requirements of the position:
Certificate/Diploma with a focus on human resources or business 0-2 years of relevant work experience Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Asset:
