The resource, reporting directly to the General Management, will be responsible for managing all the accounting and management control. In particular, he will have to collaborate closely with all corporate functions on key issues in relation to the management of financial, accounting and tax operations.In compliance with the policies and deadlines established by the Company, he will have the following responsibilities:Administrative and financial management of the Company;Preparation (with the support of the company's consultants) of the statutory financial statements of the company and of the half-yearly financial statements;Management of the relations with financial institutions, search for financing opportunities to support corporate investments and financing structuring;Preparation of the budget, forecasts and business plan;Periodic formulation of the forecast, analysis of the deviations between Actual and Budget (Economic Result vs target);Operational support for M&A deals;Operational support for the implementation of new business areas (PPA model);Coordination of consultants and advisors of the company, with specific reference to the PPA model.Management of cash and bank activities according to the Company treasury policy;ompliance with the statutory, tax and social security obligations of the Company;Control of the evolution and compliance with the relevant legislation for the Company;Management of the corporate secretary (e.g. convocation of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting, preparation of the minutes and relative entry in the book, management of relations with auditing firms, etc.);Supervision and coordination of activities related to personnel management (e.g. recruitment, etc.).Requirements:Master's Degree in Business Administration;onsolidated experience in a similar position gained preferably in structured companies;English and SpanishPrevious experience in the energy industry or similar would be a plusAnalytical thinking;Ability to Team Working, problem solving and strategic vision;Result-oriented and goal-oriented;Adaptability and proactivity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
