Charter Broker

We are representing a well named Charter company based in Monaco with worldwide operation. As a Charter Broker, you'll be responsible for managing charters, cultivating new business relationships, and achieving sales targets. Utilize your sales expertise to identify leads and partnerships while handling inquiries. Participate in boat shows and industry events, networking to expand the brand's reach and sales. To be able to apply for this role you'll need to be able to prove at least +3 years in a similar position. Tasks Develop and execute a global yacht charter strategy. Cultivate partnerships to enhance the brand's luxury image. Manage existing clients and charter agreements. Build strong relationships within the yacht industry worldwide. Represent the company at key events, contributing to global presence. What you'll bring: Strong analytical and digital skills. Dynamic, creative, and logical thinking. Effective problem-solving in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ideally based in the south of France or London. Minimum 3 years' yacht retail experience. Benefits Hybrid role between candidate's residence + Monaco office.
