Includes among others:- Project commercial administration: Project cost controlling, deviations analysis, definition of mitigation measures, R&O analysis. Accounting reflect of all these circumstances.- Support on Claim and Contract Management: as part of the R&O analysis, creating the right back up for potential claims and change orders to the customer.- Reporting: reporting to the local management and HQ on regular basis- Controlling of the project side effects in the involved cost centers.
