Read on!What will you do?You are excited about this opportunity because you love community building, as well as brand visibility and reputation.Set the direction for how we can increase the reach and engagement with our product and communications channels by taking an audience-centric approach, leveraging the data and insights available, as well as external best practice.Content and text creation for multiple distribution channels: mailing, blog, letters, pop up system and othersElaborates and controls the communications plan for Partners, focusing on maintaining consistency and quality, while keeping them timely informed and motivatedLead campaigns from objective setting, internal and external communication plan, deployment, monitoring and presentation of results.Conceptualise, develop and launch the Jeff Entrepreneurs Podcast Channel.Manage the podcast, including sourcing interviews and recording new episodes according to the planned frequency. You will be a star Podcast host.Creating and implementing strategies for content distribution across multiple channelsResponsible for the measurement and consistent analysis of overall communications performance metric and strategies and action plans to improve themSupport face-to-face and online events by being an excellent host that motivates, engages and builds community through discourseBased on the mission of the business and the opportunities to engage entrepreneurs, propose and execute innovative and disruptive initiatives that lead to results.RequirementsRole requirements:4+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketingExceptional knowledge of digital or technology platforms used within communication functionsExperience creating blog posts, email marketing copy, and other types of compelling content for SaaS or IT companies.Impeccable written communications skills with crisp, grammatically perfect and gorgeously presented texts, backed up by a solid body of workStrong marketing research and interview skillsDemonstrable data analysis and insight to propose and execute actions with high impact results BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus. Tool experience: Podcast platformsMarketing Automation. Use of platforms for mailing distribution or post publishing such as HubspotKnowledge of WhatsApp Business messaging platforms. Desirable but not requiredBasic knowledge of video and photo editing and productionSoft skills: Self-starting, intellectually curious, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
