At Monday we are looking for a Community Center Manager to join our team in Barcelona.
We are looking for a managerial profile focused on team management and profitability of the income statement.
We want a versatile person, able to visualize a strategy and execute it.

MAIN FUNCTIONSCLOSING – Drive and close sales through different types of commercial actions.For the initial phase, a commercial plan will be developed to achieve the objectives set for the opening of the center and this strategy will be executed in conjunction with General Management and the Marketing team.
MANAGING – Complete asset management.Management of suppliers, control of quality standards, supervision of the income statement and business objectives and management of the team.
CARING – Being attentive to the needs and requirements of the workers.Intervention in complex customer service cases oriented to their resolution. Ensure an excellent customer experience in their passage through the center.
REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 2 years in asset management, preferably offices.Training in business management, commercial/marketing or tourism.Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM. Knowledge of Pipedrive will be an asset.Demonstrable experience in obtaining short-term results.High customer and results orientation, strategic sales vision.You are comfortable creating, analyzing and reporting results on a weekly basis. Proficient in Excel and Power Point at user level.Great attention to detail and organizational skills.Commercial profile, sociable person, empathic capacity.Complete proficiency in English.Ability to manage and lead a team.Proactivity and autonomy.WE OFFERCentral timetable from Monday to Friday and availability of one Saturday a month, according to the needs of the center.Interesting conditions composed of fixed salary + variable according to objectives.Being part of a company in full growth and expansion.Work in the best office in Barcelona, with gym, canteen and panoramic terrace.If you think your profile fits this position, leave us your CV in the form below and we will contact you right away.
