We currently seek financially savvy Consultants to support our growing business at our office in Madrid. Ideal candidates have:
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projects Interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling An outstanding degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, delivery and financial analysis MBA or similar Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office A desire for extensive domestic and international travel Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization A mature and professional demeanor Willingness to travel as needed (up to 60% of the year) All candidates must be eligible to work in the E.U. permanently without sponsorship Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas Collaborate and lead small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions Work in several accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and generation of leads Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries We offer:
