Introduction
As a talented CRO Marketing Consultant at IBM Spain you will help our clients to maximise their conversions by analyzing user behavoiur and using various techniques to improve the customer experience. Data driven decision making together with our colleagues in order to achieve a healthy and succesfull strategy for IBM clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities • Developing a testing strategy – a CRO consultant will set the agenda for your CRO program and manage a testing roadmap to help deliver long term results.
• Identifying problems with the customer experience of your website through quantitative and qualitative research. Research will typically include things like user testing, heatmap studies, on-site surveys, data analytics.
• Using your knowledge on statistics , analytics, behavioural science, UX design in stewarding your experimentation program from start to finish.
• Ideating test concepts to address issues identified in quantitative and qualitative research.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise • Extended A/B testing and experimentation
• A fair JavaScript understanding
• User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) knowledge
• Very good experience with Adobe Target
• Certified and experienced in FullStory, Acoustic Tealeaf and Quantum Metrics
• Optimising websirtes proven record
• Spanish and English languages at business level
