What you will do: Managing high-profile consumer law matters, including administrative and court proceedings involving regulators andconsumer bodies across Europe.Interaction with and coordinate external advisors across Europe on consumer law matters.Managing compliance with applicable EU and national laws in areas affecting Volotea's business, such as advertising andconsumer protection.Definition of strategies and interaction with the relevant departments of Volotea to optimize procedures and minimize cost incompliance with the applicable EU and national consumer legislation.Follow legislative developments & relevant consumer case law in all countries where Volotea operates and adjust strategiesaccordingly.Drafting, reviewing, and advising in respect of B2B and B2C contractual terms, including in respect of Volotea's services aswell as competitions, promotions, merchandising, etc.Data analysis and reporting of main KPIs regarding EU261.
What you will need: A Degree in Law and/or Economics3-4 years of experience advising large multinational companies in Consumer matters (the aviation sector would be a plus)Experience in dealing with consumer law enforcement bodiesExcellent drafting and presentation skillsAnalytical and focused on the detailFluency in English (Italian and/or French knowledge would be a plus)
