And we never stop evolving.Content ManagerRQS has one of the largest educational resource libraries, with thousands of articles on maximizing consumer cultivation efforts.We're looking for someone to oversee and manage all digital information on our website. This role covers everything related to creating content, including publishing strategy, topic research, SEO, product management, and UI/UX improvements.As a Digital Content Manager, you'll connect with various creative teams, including Social Media, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Video Editors, and Email Marketing.Defining and following the content strategy, analyzing and improving existing content, and finding fresh and relevant content topics.Content Creation and Optimization: Working with the team to maintain high-quality visual content, from researching topics to editing with writers, and creating interactive content with graphic designers and developers.Content Calendar Management: Maintaining and planning the content calendar to keep the team on the same page, from writers and editors to SEO and graphic design.SEO: Monitoring and improving our organic traffic, analyzing keywords, tracking traffic trends, and enhancing search engine results for content and product pages.Product Management: Creating and maintaining product pages with SEO-focused content, serving as a liaison between our warehouse team and content information.User Experience: Improving the user experience on our site by creating new navigation and interactive tools.The abilities we think would be a great matchTeam Player: Join us as a proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Organizational Skills: Use your organizational skills to ensure smooth content management and team organization.Adaptable and Dynamic: Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace challenges.Fluent in English (Spanish a Plus): Fluent in English is required, and Spanish fluency is a bonus.Basic Coding and HTML (helpful but not required): Familiarity with coding and HTML is helpful.Driver's License and Car Required: You need a valid driver's license and access to a car
