This opportunity is currently available to a Costs and Claims Manager to support our clients growing portfolio of projects globally across material science, chemistry and metallurgy.With a portfolio of exciting projects coming up globally, there is no better time to join this exciting company – make your application today for immediate consideration.ResponsibilitiesCost & claims control:Establish and maintain systems to issue and track purchase orders in SAP, guaranteeing correct WBS allocationIssue and track Shopping Carts (SCs), Purchase Orders (POs) and goods receipts (GRs) inS AP in a timely mannerActively manage SAP/WBS cost allocation and highlight variationsProvide actuals per WBS to support forecasting by Project ManagersActively manage all claims and Contract Change Orders assisting the corresponding Project Manager to deal with them.Stewardship of Engineering procurement card (ProCard) for all non-travel related miscellaneous purchases, ensuring appropriate use of Procard vs Purchase Order, leadership approval according to Local Approval Matrix (LAM)Consolidate quarterly and monthly project cost forecast reported by Project ManagersProvide data for a correct and timely updateRequirementsUniversity degree or College diploma specialising in business administration or a technical fieldExperience in industrial projects, preferably linked to engineering or operationsCompetent and fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and EnglishComputer literacy with good working knowledge of the MS Office packageExperience with SAP and softwareKnowledge of EHS standards and industry good practicesMust have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio#J-18808-Ljbffr
