For more information, visit https://npaw.Com .DescriptionAt NPAW we are looking for a Customer Project Manager who, in collaboration with customer and sales department, will ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, so that the client's needs are met while also making sure that the project is progressing in the right direction.ResponsibilitiesEstablish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.Coordinate with IT teams for the flawless execution of projects.Communicate the scope of the project, evolution, key milestones and status to the teams involved in its execution,ensuring visibility and alignment.Involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.3+ years of experience as a customer facing project manager, preferably within the video analytics, media, or technology industries.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP or PMI certification is a plus).Used to work in dynamic organizations with tight deadlines.Customer oriented person with a strong focus on results.A high aptitude with technical environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage client demands.Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
