Tareas As a Customer Service Team Leader at ADM Value, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience during their stay. You will manage a team of customer service representatives, set high standards of service excellence, and lead the team to meet and exceed guest expectations. Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives. Provide clear direction, support and guidance to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer questions, concerns and comments in a prompt and professional manner. Monitor the quality of service and continuously identify areas for improvement. Deliver training sessions to team members to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills. Create individual development plans and provide regular feedback to team members. Set performance targets and key performance indicators for the team and monitor progress. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Recognise and reward exceptional performance.Ensure the smooth running of the customer service desk and related areas. Implement innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or related field (preferred). Dutch mother tongue level Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.We offer:Temporary contract: 6 months (Renewable)Salary: 26K+4K bonus.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h Requisitos Dutch mother tongue level previous experience in team management Acteur majeur de l'outsourcing, ADM VALUE dispose de 16 sites de production, en France, en Espagne, au Maroc, à Madagascar, au Sénégal et à l'île Maurice, pour gérer l'ensemble de votre Relation Clients.
