A commitment to excellence pulses at the heart of all we do, as does honesty and integrity.Tasks In a nutshell, what are we looking for?A Customer Success Manager with exceptional communication skills, a knack for creativity and a fervent interest in marketing to successfully orchestrate marketing campaigns for our clients.A customer-centric person driven by the desire to craft the perfect blend of customer satisfaction and marketing excellence.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding: Understand customer needs (e.G. objectives, target audience, unique requirements) and communicate effectively to align expectations regarding campaign objectives, timelines, and performance metrics.Strategy Preparation & Campaign Execution: Develop marketing strategies, collaborate with internal teams, campaign planning, write compelling marketing copies tailored to each campaign's objectives and set up automations in Cleverep's platform.Optimization & Customer Satisfaction: Strategically plan campaigns in advance, conduct A/B testing to continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and hold regular review meetings with customers to discuss campaign progress, performance, and any necessary adjustments.Requirements QualificationsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role (e.G. Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales) in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B).Good understanding of cloud-based software tools (SaaS).LanguagesGerman proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer orientation: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Capacity to think outside the box, build strong campaign strategies, generate creative ideas, and craft compelling marketing messages.Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.Resilient and ambitious: "quick start" mentality with a high production output.Collaborative team player with strong independent work capabilities.Curious and eager to learn
