As an Analyst in the Business Performance team you will implement a data-driven approach to understand and explain the business. This role involves working with a considerable amount of complex data and requires a candidate who is comfortable thinking of innovative ways to analyse data and create a comprehensive story.Your Mission:Provide analytical insights on Criteo performance at global level, changes of market environment and competitionSize business growth opportunities / threats. Translate findings into actionable insights for multiple levels of stakeholdersBased on external and internal data, understand client behaviours, qualify potential of clients and prospects on new and existing businessExamples of BPAX achievements in this role:Designed, implemented and tested a churn prediction model and alerting system to mitigate the effect of client churnBuilt advanced analytical views to decode global performancePerformed in-depth competition analyses measuring business impact of competitors' activityDesigned opportunities at campaign level and made them available globallyPerformed a Customer Life-Time value study on Criteo client base to highlight the most valuable clusters of clientsWho You Are:What you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business School)Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills. Ability to structure and solve difficult problems • A good grasp of statistical modellingExperience in SQL, Python and TableauUnderstanding of basic marketing KPIs is a plusVery good communication skills and fluency in EnglishBusiness acumen and ability to play the role of trusted advisor for key commercial stakeholdersAbility to work in project mode: plan, set milestones, coordinate with other teams/streamsProactivity, autonomy and commitment
