You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting German-speaking professionals in line with our company's needs. Your daily tasks will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate hiring procedures. You will also play a key role in building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
