Topics can range from progressive performance management, PIPs, absence management, unemployment, grievances as well as a variety of other issuesConduct investigations with varying levels of complexity, including drafting responses, conducting interviews, compiling documentation, reviewing systems, writing reportsLeading policy updates and collaborating with managers, HR Partners, COEs on internal practice & procedure ensuring individual ER issues are resolved as optimally as possibleWe partner with HR Operations to build insights from data to diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relationsIdentifying efficiencies for employee relations, investigations practices, and areas for operationalization of core practices and processesCreate and present analytics data from tools used by the ER team.Complete and develop ER processes,, share standard methodologies, and improve efficiency with the ER Team's use of Elastic's systems, technologies and controlsWhat You Bring Along: Understanding complex global employee relations. Proven experience leading, decision making, documenting, and delivering proven, defensible ER investigation reportsDepth of experience handling conflict resolution; including third party disputes, policy development, negotiation planning and implementationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively organize, prioritize, and handling multiple assignments simultaneously across time zones and geographiesSuperb communication skills including effective listening and writing.
