This will bring together End User Computing, Devices Fulfilment and Support workstreams.The successful candidate will oversee the service level provided to customers and fulfilment of standardised KPI's such as the enforcement of Service-Level Agreements, as well as analysing the status of IT Incident Management from an operations perspective. You will ascertain how we provision and deliver devices/services and how we support the people in our branches whilst maintaining our high-level Service Excellence approach.If you have experience in End User Operations, pulling together an array of services for both customers and colleagues across a large user base, then this opportunity could be for you.The difference you'll make.
