.Job Description :An opportunity for an management of events and VIP visits within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).The selected candidate will join the management of events and VIP visits .RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with Senior Management and their offices for all hospitality and VIP visitsAct as a project manager for Protocol and Events activities in Spain, with particular focus on the South area : San Pablo, Tablada and Cádiz sites, but also supporting Centre area activities : Getafe and Illescas.Plan and deliver on time and on quality Protocol and Events activitiesWork closely with Spain Communications team to ensure consistent communication, visibility and best practice sharingActs and behaves by respecting Ethics and Compliance rulesOrganize External / Internal VIP visitsPlan, implement, deliver and evaluate events on request of and in harmonization with the Communications processes to the highest professional standards ensuring engagement of appropriate stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process.Collect brief and all necessary information to ascertain precise visits or events requirementsBe responsible for the event or visitDecide on treatment for each visitor and take necessary actions or delegate tasks to outside suppliersEnsure that appropriate protocol is followed during a visit or event, according to the level of visitors and hostsCoordinate all subcontractors during the eventEnsure Health and Safety procedures are respectedManage the budgetOrganize follow-up sessions for lessons learnt and recommendations for the next editionsSKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills? We are looking forward to know you :Educated in Communication degree or a related discipline.At least 2 years of experience working in Events & ProtocolKnowledge in Branding, Social Media, Protocols & Hospitality, Ethics & Compliance, of Project management will be a plus.High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network modeAdvanced level in English and Spanish.German or French would be an asset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
