col-wideJob Description:**Job Purpose Overview**F&B Consultant main purpose is to advise and leverage their culinary expertise to observe, analyse and provide a range of solutions to improve the overall Food and Beverage strategy and Operations of the Hotels. The F&B Consultant highlights the strengths and weaknesses of different operations and provide solutions for how to achieve a more streamlined, efficient and standardised business, in line with Company budget and HACCP standards.**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**- Delivers an Overall Food & Beverage Operations Assessment- Keeps cost of sales in F&B under control, based on Budget figures (%)- Is responsible for hygiene, HACCP and Cristal standards in the F&B area in the hotels- Takes care of quality improvement in F&B (based on targets; TrustYou).- Guarantees quality in all F&B areas- Improves the visibility of buffets (presentation, decoration, heights, etc )- Improves and guarantees a selection of dishes- Analyzes & Develops menus (Breakfast / All Inclusive / a la Carte)- Creates recipes and guarantees standardization- Develops and implements standard operational procedures in F&B- Eliminates plastic in the F&B guest area and focuses on sustainability (vegetarian / vegan)- Ensures that all dishes on the buffets are correctly and properly labelled and that allergen guidelines are adhered to- Focuses on new trends and guarantees variety of new trends- Assesses staff and trains team members to ensure guest satisfaction and positive connection with the guests- Focuses on value for money due to higher pricing strategy in the hotels- Ensures proper communication and alignment with the regional team and the central support team**Your Skills and Qualifications**- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task while under pressure- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective to understand business needs and challenges- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is desirable- Positive, highly motivated, analytical and results-oriented
