Please be reminded that this information serves as a guide. During the first day at the hotel, the welcome day, you will have an interview with your divisional leader. After this interview, the divisional leader will decide in which department you would develop your skills best. While considering your profile, the divisional leader will place you in a department where you will have a great impact. ENOTECA: Our two Michelin star restaurant Enoteca, overseen by renowned Catalan chef Paco Pérez. MARINA: Marina restaurant is the star of the summer season! Offering light, informal meals in the open air, and being a challenging outlet where efficiency and sympathy are key to guests. THE PANTRY: More than a restaurant, an ininnovative speakeasy concept where real food and straightforward earthy gastronomy are the primal elements and sharing style cuisine is the uttermost goal.
