.Organization: CCAPosting Start: 2024-03-26Location: Salamanca Job Title: Facilities CoordinatorPosting End: 2024-06-30 A Brief Job Description:Job Summary:The Facilities Coordinator oversees all building maintenance activities within designated CCA properties, ensuring all health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs as needed.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent plus any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.Knowledge of:Methods and principles of general building maintenance.Basic principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.Materials, methods, and equipment used in remodeling and construction.Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.Basic maintenance and operation of heating and ventilation systems.Safe use and operation of lawn maintenance and snow removal equipment.Other Requirements & Skills:Must have valid driver's license, insurability, and reliable transportation.Operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe and effective manner.Self-directedExcellent organization and communication skillsEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationships.Understanding of Trauma Informed Care – ability to operate within an empathic, person-centered framework.Proficiency in office software (i.E.
