To strengthen the management team of Kiwa Spain and to help to realize further growth we are looking for a Finance Manager who will head the Finance organization of Kiwa in Spain. This role will be based in Valencia.The F inance M anager is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, professionalism and coordination to secure sustainable growth of market share and profitability for the c ompany's operations , while further improving the internal financial processes and controls and maintaining a sound financial basis (balance sheet, P&L, cash).Also the Finance Manager will work with Kiwa Corporate teams to align with the wider Kiwa company, with a focus on financial reporting, risk control, accounting standards, business reviews, budgeting and forecasting, ESG reporting, Tax governance and controls and Treasury/ cash management (cashflow planning, up-streaming).Further you will:Be a strategic business partner on all Finance related topics towards the Country Manager of Spain and the other members of the management team;Act as the liaison between the company and external stakeholders (Auditors, Tax authorities);Effectuate the design and implementation of (financial) processes, procedures, protocols and systems, harmonized and standardized;Support with M&A activities and post-acquisition integrations.Assist in the business strategy for the Company's operations and activities;Convert the strategy into financial (revenue and cost) targets for the activities;Forecast and monitor the actual business performance; analyse deviations from targets and report about this;Be responsible for all finance, accounting and administration activities;Ensure that all financial and administrative policies are accurate, well documented and consistently applied in the organization;Provide the financial reporting; secure and provide adequate and well prepared information for consolidation of results at the Corporate c ompany level;Optimize cash flow and working capital.The ideal candidate is a mature finance manager with a minimum of 10 years of successful management experience, preferably including experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector. Alternatively you have obtained experience in service management/ industrial consulting and engineering – moderate margin businesses with people utilisation as a key driver. You understand how a large international business environment works.In addition, you have the following profile:University degree (Master of Science) in Finance/ Business Administration and/or professional qualifications such as CFA/CMA/CA/ACCA;Experience in an international company, with international accounting (IFRS) and financial management standards;Exposure to a multinational company with large complexity and to multicultural environments;Experience in managing changes and building and coaching strong and engaged teams;You are a connector and team-builder and you take people along;Familiarity with Corporate Governance Regulations;Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to different cultures;Ability to work independently;You are pro-active and transparent in your communication;Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically with the post-merger integrations.As a Finance Manager in the Kiwa Group you'll hold a challenging position in an internationally oriented, ambitious, expanding organisation.
