You will also be part of the TUI Group Compliance organization responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of TUI Group policies. In addition, you will lead the finance transformation agenda**ABOUT THE JOB**Promotes and drives compliance & risk activities by supervising and coordinating all related activities and procedures throughout TUI MusementIs part of the TUI Group Compliance organisation responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of TUI Group policies. Reports to TUIMM ExCo and TUI GroupCompliance on a regular basis on the status of the implementation of the TUI MM Compliance Management System and any ad-hoc compliance incidents or concerns.Uses in-depth knowledge to ensure that both operations and the set-up of the organisation are designed to prevent compliance risks at all times. In addition, coordinates information and training related to compliance.Oversees the risk management working with key functional stakeholders and regional teams to identify, evaluate and document key risks facing the business in the TUI MM risk register.Responsible for conducting internal investigation when required.
