Come and be a part of the next level of high performance.Your Experience:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Functional Fraud Expert to join our team and contribute to the effective detection and prevention of fraud among our traditional banking and consumer finance clients.Perform thorough data and trend analysis to identify potential fraudulent activities across the bank's products and services, including traditional banking and consumer finance.Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams, including risk, operations, technology, and compliance departments, to develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies.Participate in configuring and optimizing systems, tools, and fraud detection controls such as scoring systems and transaction monitoring to enhance the effectiveness of preventive measures.Investigate reported or identified fraud cases, gather and analyze relevant evidence, and prepare detailed reports for appropriate action.Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures related to fraud prevention and detection, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.Work with relevant authorities and other external agencies on fraud-related investigations and provide necessary support during audits and internal investigations.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in fraud prevention and detection, and propose recommendations for continuously improving the bank's processes and tools.Knowledge of market fraud tools.Set Yourself Apart: Desirable SkillsAt least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention.Previous experience in similar roles within the banking sector, focusing on fraud prevention and detection in traditional banking and consumer finance.Deep knowledge of fraud detection and prevention principles and practices, as well as related compliance regulations and standards.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Experience using fraud detection tools and systems, as well as interpreting results and generating reports.Certification in fraud prevention would be an advantage.German is requiredRequisitosWhat do we offer:Tailored career and training plan: All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
