But mostly, you're ready to do the work and are an active communicator who will bring together a network of partners and stakeholders.TasksSupport day-to-day operations to achieve social and economic goals, including customer satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, and cost controlManage and develop the Asset Executive team to ensure career progression and developmentProcess development and optimization of a "Unique Living Experience" with Home & CoManaging the ongoing profitability of the Asset, ensuring revenue and tenant satisfaction targets are met and exceededEnsure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
