In Massimo Dutti, we are looking for a Global Head of CRM & Loyalty to join our Marketing department, in our Headquarters in Tordera, Barcelona, Spain. The Global Head of CRM & Loyalty is responsible for leading the strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of the company's global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. The Director will be responsible for developing the best practices, system requirements, and project plans to ensure successful implementation and best-in-class CRM operations. This position requires a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and experience, a global perspective, and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. The Director must have a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, mobile, web, and social media. Your main functions would be: Develop and implement global CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.Manage and optimize campaigns and programs to ensure they are tailored to the customer experience.Create and deploy segmentation models to increase personalization of campaigns.Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior to inform customer-centric strategies.Ensure customer data is accurately captured and stored for use in campaigns and other initiatives.Lead the design and implementation of customer lifecycle programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer data is used to optimize customer experience.Manage the budget for CRM initiatives.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure success of initiatives.Stay current on industry trends and best practices. How do we imagine you? Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM leadership role.Experience in fashion or retail industry preferred.Demonstrated experience leading successful CRM initiatives.Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and systems.Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
