As a Minimum ToInclude:Core Training (CT) – mandatory onboarding program to build functionalexpertise & credibility and deploy pragmatic multi-dimensional trainingsolutions e.g. belnded learning approach, real/role-plays &teach-backsCentralised and localised Training & Development (T&D)Activities (e.g Train The Trainer (TTT)) – continuous learning toeffectively up-skill and enable Affiliate Training Champions to executelocal trainings supporting current brand strategy & positioning.Provide local support and coaching to Affiliates and drive bothknowledge and consultative selling/influencing skills for KAMs/MSLsensuring impactful customer engagement and operational excellence. Workclosely with Affiliates to identify potential training gaps, problem-solve& support with appropriate training interventions accordingly.Micro-learning – continuous on-the-job learning to enhancefunctional, clinical & scientific expertise using digital application(e.g. Qstream) supporting current brand strategy & positioningLeading the execution of knowledge and soft skills developmentprogramme from organisational and live perspectives:Establish and leverage relationships with Affiliates assessing andsupporting their training gaps/needs and assist with implemention of localtraining initiatives during cycle meetings; generating accountability andimpact on effective customer engagement.
