At Alight, we are reimaging how people and organizations thrive.**Scrum Master / Business Analyst Responsibilities & Duties**:- Facilitate and document the discovery and design phases of new product development.- Work with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements and produce functional specifications.- Produce wireframes and flow diagrams to describe user / system interactions.- Organize and manage the scrum process and activities.- Unblock Development Team Huddles by obtaining clarification and approval from stakeholders.- Assist with end user documentation and training as needed.- Contribute to continual improvement of the software development process.- Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.- Enable change management and adoption to help drive realization of business results and benefits.- Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs- Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.**Technical Business Analyst Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master / IT business analyst role, ideally in an HR environment.- Knowledge of Automation Anywhere and ABBYY.- Experience working part of an agile development team as a business analyst or scrum master.- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work well independently, set goals, be versatile and demonstrate initiative when needed.- Experience with Atlassian's Jira and Confluence toolset.- Experience with SaaS solutions.**Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**Alight believes **diversity** **should be visible, valued, and sustained **throughout the organization.
