Ultimately, our unwavering focus is to optimize the data consumption experience for our valued end users.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs *Head of Data Processes & Operating Model, *you will report to the *Head of Global Data Architect *your responsibilities will be:Devise a visionary approach to data processes within T&O and the Group's platform ecosystem, encompassing the formulation of an operational model that seamlessly integrates data-centric processes within the realm of IT.Conceive, champion, and consistently enhance the data process model within T&O, aligned with the data strategy of the Santander Group. Integrate its functions and roles, guided by a visionary outlook, detailed short and long-term roadmap, and unwavering commitment to the established model of processes and policies within the group, as defined by the CDO.Simultaneously, assume leadership in the transformational process of implementing the T&O operational model across various units within the group, providing guidance and support throughout the roadmap journey.Understanding the knowledge journey of different platform users and transforming their needs into technological tools and solutions for maximum satisfaction.Ensuring the integration of Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Technology & Operations (T&O) functions in data-related processes.We need someone like you to:Successfully provide strategic leadership and E2E implementation of Data IT&O Process Model in the Group's global entities and businesses, within Santander One Transformation.Forge close partnerships with key stakeholders to effectively articulate the visionary outlook, strategic direction, and comprehensive roadmaps of the IT&O Operating Model. These roadmaps will be meticulously aligned with the strategies outlined by the Global CTO, Global CDO and Santander initiatives, ensuring cohesive synchronization and collaboration across all levels of the organization.Establish the requirements of the Operational Model for the Data Group's Technological Platform and ensure its successful implementation.Skillfully identifying and addressing the unique requirements of platform users, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs with precision and finesse.Make financial, HR and organizational decisions in accordance with the Santander framework. Contribute to the cross-functional performance management process.EXPERIENCEExtensive and proven expertise as a CDO/CTO team or in similar roles, specifically in the definition of operating models centred around data. Prior experience in defining and implementing data process models within a financial holding company is advantageous.Highly knowledgeable in the field of financial services, with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience working in a global banking or similar environment. Holding a role within any of the local entities of the group will be considered an asset.5+ years experience in designing, managing, evolving and enhancing data platforms.Demonstrates extensive experience in defining and implementing organizational models in the realm of data, particularly in decentralized environments.Possesses substantial technological expertise in data platforms, enabling the ability t #J-18808-Ljbffr
