This individual will be results-oriented with experience working in culturally diverse teams in a high growth environment.Administer Flywire's global stock plans, including processing of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Stock Options and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) grants, vesting events, ESPP purchases and share distributions.Responsible for executing and maintaining internal controls over stock compensation as part of Flywire's Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance program.Advise HR People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Payroll and FlyMates on stock compensation, including plan mechanics, country tax requirements, grant guidelines, etc.Support the design, development, and ongoing reporting of stock compensation activities to the Internal Compensation Team, E-Team and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improving the design, efficiency, and effectiveness of Stock Programs. And act as change agent to develop, implement and communicate process improvements, policy enhancements and other change initiatives.Provide insights on best practices and regional requirements on stock compensation and related tax and statutory requirements.Support drafting of stock disclosures for SEC reporting (10Q's, 10-Ks and Proxy) and other public filings; statutory reporting; and related auditor requests.Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and Communications for Stock Compensations plans
