Head Of Legal And Ethics & Compliance (E&C)

Manage and supervise BU Legal/E&C team consisting of one Legal counsel / E&C officer. In addition, for some of the Iberia related work streams you will be supported by the Head of Legal BU Southern Europe (Aquafeed Business line).Ensure long term stability and quality of legal/E&C support at BU level.LegalBe a partner to the business and pro-actively support Nutreco in achieving its business goals, by providing practical, independent and (cost) effective advice. Ensure that Nutreco's business is conducted in compliance with laws and regulations and that Nutreco's actual legal risk does not exceed the risk levels set by management.E&C**Support business (management) in ensuring that Nutreco operates with integrity and in compliance with laws, our values and our internal policies.Requirements :Specific(a) Academic level (law degree)(b)10 -12 years' experience(c) Master´s Degree in E&C(d) Broad experience with Spanish law(e) Sound knowledge of and expertise in contract and (basic) corporate law.(f) Knowledge of competition law, labour law, regulatory laws and (in depth) corporate law knowledge is a 'plus'.(g) Experience in an international corporate / business-oriented environment(h) Successful track record in an E&C function, typically gained in a large multinational corporation(i) Experience in implementation of E&C policies and proceduresGeneral requirements (amongst others)(a) Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal/networking/negotiation skills(b) Fluent in English, both speaking and writing(c) Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis#J-18808-Ljbffr
