Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.Collaborate with internal teams including commercial customer service engineering and product to define connectivity requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.Work closely with external partners and vendors to establish and maintain robust connections and integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connections in a timely and efficient manner minimizing downtime and disruptions.Operational scalability in the decisionmaking process aiming to minimize the need for manual workload across the entire business.Implement efficiency and agility improvements in XML hotel PMS and channel management connections.Deliver for key insights in supporting strategic decisionmaking by responding timeously and professionally.Act as a catalyst in reducing integration churn through continuous guidance and support for external partners on best practices for connectivity and integration
