This is one such role!**Are you ready to make a difference?****Job Summary/Purpose**:Develop and implement Sandoz third party risk management strategy, governance framework,policies and standards and act as the single point of contact to support TPRM BD&L; and M&A; processes to allow Sandoz to minimize the risk of disruption related to third party services and potential mergers and acquisitions.**Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and oversee a comprehensive third-party risk management program, including policies, procedures, systems, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and good practice.Design and implement a change management strategy to ensure the organization remains flexible to potential third party framework changes.Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external third parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration in managing third party risks.Provide guidance and support to business units in assessing and managing third party risks to ensure the TPRM strategy and processes are understood and followed.Lead TPRM framework extension initiatives to include additional risk areas or third-party types.Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends related to third party risk management and recommend changes to improve the TPRM framework.Work closely with the organization's BD&L; and M&A; teams on a project-to-project basis to ensure that third-party risk management due diligence is conducted for potential business partners and acquisition targets.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements****What you'll bring to the role**:- Advanced degree in business, risk management or sourcing/procurement- 10+ years of experience on risk management, with a focus on third party risk management.- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to third party risk management.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience working for large, multi-national complex organizations.- Relevant certifications such as Certified Third Party Risk Professional Certified (CTPRP) or Third Party Risk Management Professional (C3PRMP) highly desirable.- English spoken and written; other language skills is an assetOrbit**Why Sandoz?**500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we're proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.How will we do this?
