Job Description Reporting the the HR Director Iberia, the HR Business Partner will lead the HR activities to support functions in the achievement of their goals through the design, development and implementation of HR initiatives, projects, programs and actions in line with the EMEA HR strategies. Responsibilities Drive the roll-out of the HR strategy, initiatives and programs from Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & inclusion, Identify Best practices in HR for the functions in Iberia and share them with the HR community. Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an employer of choice In partnership with the Talent EMEA team, develop and drive recruitment initiatives and projects to support Talent Acquisition evolution Continuously improve the overall recruitment process, both internally and externally. This also includes developing key metrics to understand business and customer value as well as measure our current performance and identify priorities and leading indicators Drive the development and the succession planning processes for the functions in Iberia in coordination with the EMEA Talent Manager Requirements A first experience as HR talent manager with generalist knowledge in a industrial environment Strong Change Management capabilities and stakeholder management Experience with Spanish legislation and labor law is a plus Experience with Workday as HR tool Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize and take ownership for a heavy workload whilst continuing to deliver high quality of work Fluent in Spanish & English Are you inspired by this role and our purpose?
