Job Description Mission : support all HR activities of BFT/ Pujol Iberian organization and helping on integration process with SOMFY.
R esponsibilities Managing payroll process, benefits programs and employee communications for HR related topics Implementing HR labor policies in compliance with local legislation Ensuring data input in HR system (IHRIS) and time and attendance in compliance with local and global policy Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form Working with recruitment agencies to guarantee that vacancies are timely filled, and candidates are highly qualified Developing and implementing of HR policies and reward strategies to ensure decisions and practices are fair consistent, objective and in-line with business goals Conducting employee onboarding and help training & development initiatives HR Reporting and data analysis for management review and business decisions Qualifications HR Bachelor Degree or equivalent studies Minimum 2 years' experience as HR Generalist Spanish native, fluent in English, any other language is a plus Familiar with human resources policies, local regulations and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor practices Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus People & results oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretion Able to work in a multicultural and multinational environment with good communication skills Additional Information What We offer: Permanent Contract Teleworking policy International company and dynamic work environment Brand new office at 100m form Zona Franca subway station Free coffee & fruit The protection of our candidates' personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.
